Why she’d be fun: Sure, it would be BYOM (Bring Your Own Marijuana), but Miley knows how to party. If you like to dress up in your sexiest gear, Miley wouldn’t judge you. She’d probably be even sexier. And, as we learned in “We Can’t Stop,” Miley won’t stop partying, so it would be a really, really long Halloween party.
Why she wouldn’t: Currently, people could say that Miley is a manufactured hot mess. She may get too high and leave you hanging. At the party, you must also be able to twerk.
