1. Nosferatu (1922)
This is the first and, arguably, the best vampire film that has ever been made. This film just proves that you don’t need sound in order to effectively scare your audience. It almost feels like you are watching someone’s footage of the tall, long-fingered, silent creature of the night which only makes it that more terrifying. It is probably the most eerie and creepy vampire film in the history of film. You just have to watch it to believe it.
