Fifty Shades of Grey has a new star and he better get used to the exposure that it brought Charlie Hunnam. Jamie Dornan was spotted in London for the first time since he took on the role of Christian Grey.

According to Us Weekly, Dornan and his wife, Amelia Warner, were seen holding hands on a stroll in London on Saturday. The two married in April 2013 and are expecting their first child together. Both of them are 31.

It was reported that Dornan snagged the lead role of the mysterious billionaire Christian last Wednesday, following Hunnam's decision to drop out. He is best known for his television roles on the BBC’s The Fall and ABC’s Once Upon A Time, but he also appeared in the 2006 film Marie Antoinette. Dornan has also posed as a model.

“Jamie has a really good reputation as someone easy to work with, easy going and is seen as someone who will very appreciative of this role,” a source told Us Weekly.

Since Universal and Focus features had to get a new star so close to the day production was set to start, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed that filming won’t start until Dec. 2. That would mean that the project would have to be done in eight months for it to meet the Aug. 1, 2014 release date.

Sam Taylor-Johnson is directing and Kelly Marcel wrote the script. Dakota Johnson is still signed to play Anastasia Steele, the young college student seduced by Christian. It is based on E.L. James’ novel.

Jennifer Ehle (Zero Dark Thirty) is playing Anastasia’s mother, while Luke Grimes (True Blood) was cast as Christian’s brother.
