5. Ramsay argues with a customer
In this classic moment from Kitchen Nightmares, a woman had nothing but terrible things to say about her meal. Ramsay went to defend the chef, telling the “old bag” that there was nothing to be complaining about. I don’t think she ended up getting the free meal that she seems to have wanted.
