4) Walter allows Jane to die (Season 2, Episode 12)
Despite being one of the best written seasons of the series, there weren't too many jaw dropping moments. Tuco was killed off far too quickly to make a lasting impact, and the rest of the season is a lot of setting up for some incredible payoffs. The first one being when Walter walks in on Jesse and Jane comatose on drugs, Jane falls on her back and begins to choke on her own puke. Walt can choose to save her, but doesn't. This is where Walt's transformation truly begins, and it's a moment that won't soon leave the heads of many.
