Top 10 Hugh Grant movies

8. Four Weddings and a Funeral

This 1994 romantic comedy put Grant on Hollywood's radar and introduced moviegoers to his boyish English charm. It was his breakthrough role and won him a Golden Globe. The movie followed Grant’s character, Charles, and his group of friends as they attend numerous weddings and a funeral. At one of those weddings, Charles meets Carrie, played by Andie McDowell, and the rest of the movie had him trying to win her heart. Grant portrayed this unsure British bloke with unabashed endearment and a whiff of witty confusion. Grant’s gift for physical comedy was debuted here as his character got into one absurd situation after the other and, in doing so, moviegoers fell in love with Grant!
