Former Office star John Krasinkski and his wife Emily Blunt are reportedly expecting their first child. A rep for Blunt has confirmed that she is indeed pregnant.
"They both want kids, it's one of the reasons they got a bigger place, in a neighborhood that you can raise a family," a source told Us Weekly. "They both couldn't be more excited."
Krasinski and Blunt tied the knot in 2010, exchanging vows in Italy at a private outdoor ceremony at Villa d’Este in Como.
Krasinski opened up about getting to see what’s it’s like to have kids while spending time with Matt Damon, who has four daughters, when they wrote Promised Land.
"We actually wrote with children climbing all over him, and he was doing bath time and dinner and everything, and we still got it done," he told Matt Lauer on the Today show.
During an interview with Manhattan magazine last year, Blunt said they wanted to have kids but they weren’t sure when the right time was.
"We want to have children; I just don't know when yet," she said at the time. "I'm just not sure about the timing of all of that. We're both from big families, so I think it's something we want."
