In this movie, Miley played rebellious teenager Ronnie, and Liam played handsome Will who changed Miley’s ways. Together, a romance unraveled. Two years later, an off-screen affair became serious when Liam proposed to Miley! However, as much as we loved the movie and the actors, they make number 10 on our list because of they’re recent on-again-off-again rumors and relationship troubles. According to The Daily Mail , Miley and Liam hit the red carpet together to support his new movie, Paranioa. They seem to still be engaged and happy!
