7. Shan Yu (Mulan)
While most Disney villains focus their hate on a single individual, Shan Yu wanted to take out the Empire of China. Shan Yu is a ruthless character, as he commands the Hun army against Mulan’s team and China. Although most of his cruelty is not seen on screen, Disney does show his destruction after battles of the burnt down camps.
