8. Cruella De Vil (101 Dalmatians)
Cruella De Vil does something that the other villains do not do. Rather than torment humans, her victims are Dalmatians. Her goal is to make coats out of puppies, and she would do anything to get her hands on their fur. When she doesn’t get her way after Roger turns down her offer, she goes to the extreme by trying to steal them.
