1. Ursula (The Little Mermaid)
Half octopus, half human, Ursula wanted to take over King Triton’s kingdom after being banished from Atlantica. She has an eye for Ariel, seeing her as Triton’s weakness, so she manipulates Ariel to go on land. Her eel pets, purple skin and dark home with souls she stole around, she is a cruel sea-witch. She was almost successful to taking over Atlantica, by transforming King Triton into a polyp, and then transforming herself into a giant octopus.
While the list is only ten, honorable mentions include Hades (Hercules), Judge Claude Frollo (The Hunchback of Notre Dame), Hopper (Bug’s Life), Shere Khan (The Jungle Book), and Governor Ratcliffe (Pocahontas).
