Demi Lovato will be playing Naya Rivera’s love interest when she guest stars on Glee in the upcoming season.
Just Jared reports, the “Heart Attack” singer will be Rivera’s character’s love interest and will be singing a song with her. Rivera told MTV, “She’s playing my love interest, so I’m very very excited about it.”
“We get to sing a song together. I’m excited to work with her.” Rivera also added, “We’re bringing her to the dark side.”
E! News reported on Tuesday, that several original Glee cast members will be returning for the Cory Monteith tribute episode. Some of the cast who are confirmed to be returning are Amber Riley, Harry Shum Jr. and Jayma Mays.
Heather Morris and Dianna Agron are not expected to make an appearance in the episode.
The tribute episode, titled “The Quarterback,” began production last Friday.
In addition to Lovato, it was reported that former American Idol runner-up Adam Lambert is also going to appear in Glee.
