2. Twins
This 1988 dramedy had Arnold teaming up with funnyman Danny DeVito as they played long-lost twins born out of a secret government experiment. Arnold played the naïve and sheltered Julius, who left his safe island paradise when he learns has a twin brother and he’s in trouble. The hijinks that Danny and Arnold get themselves into as they bond and search for their mother, who was told that she only had one baby and that it had died. The scene with Danny and Arnold dancing at a bar with their respective girlfriends, played by Chloe Webb and a very young looking Kelly Preston, was pure comic gold. A sequel has been announced, called Triplets, with Eddie Murphy as Arnold and Danny’s previously unknown sibling. I can just picture the non-stop laughs!
