5. Hiram (Jeff Goldblum), LeRoy (Brian Stokes Mitchell), and Rachel (Lea Michele) Berry in Glee
Though they were only in a few episodes, it’s obvious that Hiram and LeRoy wanted to give their daughter the world. They were a bit underhanded in their attempts to try and convince Rachel that she was too young to marry Finn, but they came from a good place--their hearts. They liked Finn, but they knew the two of them were rushing into something they didn’t really want. More to the point of being good fathers to Rachel though, they did everything they could to encourage her that she could, and would one day be, a star. Even though the attempts did occasionally turn Rachel into a spoiled brat who thought she deserved everything, the point is that they were supportive of what she wanted, and would stop at nothing to get her to the top.
