4. Sinestro
The reverse Green Lantern, Sinestro feeds off the fear of his victims to power his yellow ring. Sinestro is exactly what makes a villain: he's passionate, intelligent, charismatic, anti-authoritarian, and has a little mustache. Sinestro has caused a crisis or two of his own and even has his own corps of ring-wielding henchmen roaming the universe, each with enough fire power to hit Superman so hard that he feels it. In fact, Sinestro was about the only cool part of the Green Lantern movie.
