9. Miley Cyrus
Okay. So she hasn’t exactly “gone bad;” her only “crime” was admitting to loving weed on multiple occasions. But she has definitely turned from girl-next-door-ish Hannah Montana to wrong-side-of-the-track girl Miley Cyrus. Earlier this year, she chopped off her beautiful locks and started rocking a more “hardcore” look. Bad girl does look good on her, though.
