Actress Lindsay Lohan is saying goodbye to Betty Ford treatment center and will complete the remainder of her 90 day rehab sentence in Malibu.
The move from Betty Ford was approved by the court, TMZ reports. Lohan’s lawyer along with the court agree that Betty Ford was perfect for a 30 day rehab stint, and therefore it will be more proactive for the Mean Girls actress to spend the rest of her time in the Cliffside Malibu treatment facility.
Lohan had previously expressed her desire to leave Betty Ford after the center took away the actress’ Adderall, which she allegedly took for her ADHD. She later asked for a temporary leave of absence so she can celebrate her 27 birthday outside of treatment, a request which will not be granted by the courts.
The 26-year-old actress entered treatment in early May after firing her less than competent lawyer, Mark Heller. Lohan was ordered to serve 90 days in treatment after pleading no contest to charges that she lied to police following a June 2012 car accident.
