Kim Kardashian is officially divorced from NBA star Kris Humphries following a length divorce battle from their 72-day marriage.
According to People, a judgment was put in place Monday night to officially end their marriage. Humphries and Kardashian's lengthy battle finally received a court date in February. Humphries faught desperately for an annulment based on fraud and even turned down a hefty settlement, while Kardashian wished for a divorce before the birth of her daughter with now boyfriend Kanye West.
Their divorce wasn't expected to officially go through until June 19, but a judge opted to bring the divorce to and end a few weeks earlier.
People notes that the terms of the divorce were not released, but notes that there was a prenuptial agreement in place at the time of their marriage.
Neither party has released a statement following the news of the divorce. Kardashian is expected to give birth to her daughter next month.
