7. "Will you recite a song/oath?" Going to a comic convention is a nerdy affair. However, some of us like to hold back just a shred of dignity while nerding out. Sitting in a room of men chanting the Green Lantern oath is just too much. But when some kid asks Geoff Johns to recite the oath, the writer's only option is to oblige on the condition that everyone join in. That's just too embarrassing to sit through. For the love of us all, go sit down.
