Even if boy bands aren't your thing, One Direction is without a doubt the most famous boy band in the world right now, not to mention the richest. Although they came in third on the UK's X Factor, it did not stop them from becoming a phenomenon. The band is currently on their world tour, performing 100+ shows in Europe, North America, Australia, and Asia. They first became popular with their hit song "What Makes You Beautiful" and have taken the world by storm ever since.
