1. Meredith & Derek - "Losing My Religion"
Seattle Grace is holding a prom dance and Meredith and Derek are each dancing with their significant others: Derek and his wife and Meredith and her veterinarian boyfriend. While they are dancing, Derek and Meredith exchange a look and Meredith cannot take it. She runs off and Derek follows her. She peels off into an exam room but Derek joins her. One thing leads to another and the soon-to-be husband and wife make love to each other.
