Michael is forced to serve as a witness when Jan, his girlfriend and former Dunder Mifflin employee, sues the company for wrongful termination. He has a hard time taking the situation seriously and struggles to choose between his love for Dunder Mifflin and his attachment to the very controlling Jan.
