Miss California USA is being sued for $5,200 used for breast augmentation.
Carrie Prejean, former Miss California, is being asked to repay $5,200 used for breast augmentation.
The demand followed after Prejean filed a lawsuit against pageant organizers for revealing confidential information about her breasts.
Prejean has been in the controversial spotlight since her response against same-sex marriage during the question and answer portion of the competition at the Miss USA pageant in April.
CNN reported Prejean states that she did not win the contest because of her “support of traditional marriage.”
Miss USA officials’ decision to dethrone Prejean in June came after she continued to break rules and make appearances unwanted by the organizers, nj.com stated.
With her newly augmented breasts and new-found celebrity status it is no wonder why pageant officials suspect she filed the lawsuit in order to obtain more notoriety, claiming that her secret of fake breasts was revealed once she wore the bathing suit on national television.
