Jolie and Aniston top Forbes list of biggest Hollywood female moneymakers

Forbes magazine has released its list of the top female moneymakers in Hollywood and they include the two women that have been linked with Brad Pitt as well as some other feminine bigwigs in the biz.
Forbes magazine has printed their list of the biggest Hollywood female moneymakers and it includes Brad Pitt’s current girlfriend, Angelina Jolie, as well as his former girlfriend and ex-“Friends” star, Jennifer Aniston.
According to an article on HollywoodReporter.com, “Angelina Jolie tops the list, having earned $27 million from June 2008 through last month, and Jennifer Aniston is next at $25 million.”
Much of Jolie’s earnings, namely the $341 million in worldwide box office revenue, was ganered by the film “Wanted,” which also featured Morgan Freeman and James McAvoy as well as a sizable upfront sum for her upcoming film, entitled “Salt.”
As for Aniston’s substantial paycheck, some of it came via the $244 million made worldwide by “Marley & Me,” which also starred Owen Wilson and Kathleen Turner, the money she procures by being a pitchwoman for SmartWater, the royalties she still earns from “Friends” and finally, the upfront payment she received for her upcoming comedy, “The Baster.”
The HollywoodReporter.com article continues by naming the other heavyhitting actresses who made the list, “Coming in third with $24 million was Meryl Streep, star of ‘Mamma Mia!’ which brought in $603 million worldwide. In her next movie, ‘Julie & Julia,’ she plays renowned chef Julia Child. Sarah Jessica Parker is fourth with $23 million. She played Carrie Bradshaw in the HBO series ‘Sex and the City,’ and in the film, which took in $415 million worldwide last year.”
Other actresses included in the Top 10 are Cameron Diaz with $20 million, Sandra Bullock and Reese Witherspoon with $15 million each, Nicole Kidman and Drew Barrymore at $12 million each and Renee Zellweger at $10 million.
