Lindsay Lohan’s luck may be improving
After all her previous struggles with the law involving drugs and alcohol, Lindsay Lohan had most recently been investigated in the disappearance of about $400,000 worth of Dior jewelry from an Elle photoshoot. But according to the New York Daily News, Elle isn’t holding the 22-year-old responsible for the disappearance of the baubles.
The magazine’s spokeswoman said, “Elle has no reason to believe that Lindsay Lohan was in any way responsible and has no further comment to make.” A friend of Lohan said, “Lindsay thinks it’s a ridiculous story and is happy that Elle is standing behind her…”
Hopefully this will be the beginning of a streak of good luck for Lohan, whose new movie “Labor Pains” will premiere on ABC Family July 19th. She will also be in the 2010 movie “The Other Side” with Woody Harrelson, Giovanni Ribisi, Dave Matthews and Alanis Morissette.
