Charges Against Saving Abel Guitarist Dropped
11-Feb-2009
Written by: John Winn

Saving Abel guitarist Jason Null is breathing a sigh of relief today, after California prosecutors announced that they are dropping statutory rape charges against him.

According to the AP, the Alameda County, California officials made the decision after a video surfaced, contradicting claims that a 17-year-old alleged about Null, 33, and Brandon Danger, 21, a guitar stringer employed by the band.

According to the girl, both Null and Danger forced her to engage in oral sex after a concert last week.

However, according to Null and Abel's defense attorneys, the video clearly shows the girl hit on band members and male concertgoers for sex at a concert in Oakland last week.
