Michael C. Hall Marries “Dexter” Costar

Hall marries TV sibling in California.
Michael C. Hall has married Dexter costar Jennifer Carpenter.
The couple wed in an outdoor ceremony with the ring handed down from Carpenter’s grandfather, Reuters said.
The Web site, Celebuzz, reported that the wedding took place in Big Sur, California on New Year's Eve, but wasn’t announced until Sunday. The reason? Hall and Carpenter had eloped.
In Dexter, Hall plays Dexter Morgan, a blood spatter analyst with a conscientious serial killer for an alter ego. Carpenter plays his adopted sister, Debra. The two had dated for a year and a half before their marriage.
Hall, also known for his work on the HBO series, Six Feet Under, was previously married to actress Amy Spanger. The two married in 2002 after costarring in the touring revival of the musical, Chicago, but divorced in 2006.
But the wedding comes with even more good news for Hall and Carpenter. Showtime recently ordered two more seasons of Dexter.
