Lohan Dating Penn, Clooney Dating Hilton?

If you haven’t heard, there may be two of the newest and oddest pairings in Hollywood.
Anything can happen, right? If gossip is right, anything can also include the most surprising celebrity couplings. According to gossip mills, it was reported last week that Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson reportedly took a trip to Splitsville right around the New Year. Though Lohan has absolutely denied the breakup rumors, the New York Post's Page Six and other outlets reportedly have reason to believe that not only did the duo split, but Lohan may be frolicking with Hollywood big-shot Sean Penn.
That's right; from Robin Wright Penn to Lindsay Lohan. Kind of a drastic change? Not really if you remember that prior to his long-term marriage to Wright, Penn was married to another star of the gossip mill, Madonna.
In other news, longtime bachelor George Clooney may be dating Paris Hilton. Now that both are single, rumors have sparked that the two went out on at least one Hollywood date and may have exchanged telephone numbers as well. Imagine Paris going to the Oscars, with an Oscar winner.
Let's not even get on the subject of the age difference between Lohan and Penn and Hilton and Clooney.
There has been absolutely no substantiation to the rumors by official publicists, so whether or not the couplings did take place, it certainly would be fun to imagine what the celebrity offspring of these couples would look like. They'd certainly have style!
