Courtney Love Is a “Fur Whore”

Courtney Love confesses she loves wearing fur.
Courtney Love has decided to walk a different path than other celebrities who have acquiesced to PETA’s wishes, reports Contactmusic.com. In her blog, Love wrote to the group, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), defending her right to wear her fur coat, saying, “Yep, I’m a fur whore. If it’s 100 years old I’m f**king into it. Sorry PETA. I’ve been very, very good for a very, very long time, and this ermine is ancient and tattered and feels like it belonged to a Queen.”
The ermine is a short-tailed weasel.
“I know, I know,” Love added with a tinge of short-lived guilt. “Maybe I’ll just stare at it, but f**k off if I wear it, I KNOW what I’m doing.”
Her reaction stands in staunch contrast to Kate Winslet and Gwyneth Paltrow, who accidentally wore fur in photo shoots earlier in 2008.
