Getty says Miller was treated “unfairly.”

Balthazar Getty is speaking out against the attacks Sienna Miller has been facing since being accused of stealing Getty away from his wife, Rosetta Millington, and their child, reported the Sun.

In July, Getty was photographed with a topless Sienna Miller in Italy. The couple had reportedly been dating since May. The pictures exposed his affair and forced him to file for divorce from his wife, who recently had a baby. After the disclosure, Miller was harassed by the paparazzi and her London home was vandalized.

“I don’t know that I have been treated unfairly. I think Sienna might have been,” the actor said. “It takes two to tango, man. You can’t just point your finger at one person. Historically, women always get the short end of the stick.”

About ex-wife Millington and current girlfriend Sienna, Getty said, “They’re both very special people in my life.”
