Celebrities Offering Personal Movie Screenings for $25

Celebrities such as Dustin Hoffman and Steve Martin are taking part in the American Film Institute’s event.
If you have ever wanted to be up close and personal with your favorite actor while watching one of their films, the American Film Institute is offering that chance for only $25, according to the Associated Press.
High profile actors such as Dustin Hoffman, Mike Meyers, Cameron Diaz, Sean Connery and Steve Martin are taking part in “Target Presents AFI Night at the Movies” next month.
The one-night-only event will take place at the ArcLight theater in Hollywood on Oct. 1. The idea is to bring filmmakers and fans together to celebrate American movies, AFI chief Bob Gazzale said Wednesday.
"It is a fireworks show of American film," he said, "and AFI's honor to celebrate the artists and their contributions to the rich cultural legacy of our nation."
Films such as The Matrix, American Beauty, The Silence of the Lambs, Glory, and Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery will be shown with a big name actor who appeared in the film.
Tickets will be available Sept. 17. for $25 per person. The entire list of films and actors can be viewed at AFI.com.
