Jessica Alba’s Special Diet

Alba has been on a new diet that has helped her lose 25 pounds.

Good Luck Chuck actress Jessica Alba has impressed the world and even her trainer by how quickly she lost her pregnancy weight. After giving birth to her first child, Honor Marie, at the beginning of June, she has already gone almost completely back to her pre-pregnancy weight, losing 25 pounds!

“Jessica went from a size 8 to a size 4 pretty quickly,” her longtime trainer, Ramona Braganza, told People Magazine, after she debuted her newly slim figure at the ALMA Awards on August 17. “[She] has made amazing progress in a very short time,” he adds, before discussing how she has opted for a low-fat, low-carb diet.

However, Braganza reveals that Alba worked extremely hard in the gym and trained six days a week in order to slim herself down in such a short amount of time. “The baby always comes first, but Jessica definitely set goals for herself,” Alba’s trainer explains.
