Us Magazine reports that Spears gave birth Thursday morning.
Jamie Lynn Spears gave birth to a baby girl named Maddie Thursday morning, a source tells Us Magazine.
Maddie reportedly weighed 7 lbs., 11 ounces. She was born at Mississippi Southwest Regional Medical Center in McComb, Mississippi with aunt Britney at the hospital as well.
She is the first child for Jamie Lynn, 17, and her fiance, Casey Aldridge, 19. Casey is currently attending school and working as a pipe layer, according to the magazine.
The birth came one day after Britney and father Jamie flew in to their hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana from Los Angeles as Jamie Lynn prepared for birth.
