Justin Timberlake’s Business Partner To Wed

Trace Ayala, childhood friend and business partner of pop star Justin Timberlake, is set to marry actress Joann Garcia, WENN reports.
The 27-year old Ayala is Timberlake’s business partner in his Southern Hospitality restaurant in New York City. The two grew up together in Memphis, Tennessee and have remained good friends ever since.
Ayala, though previously engaged to actress Elisha Cuthbert, has been dating Garcia for the past two years. Garcia, 28, broke into the entertainment industry as a country singer, but soon found success in acting. She portrayed Reba McEntire's daughter on the television show “Reba”, and will soon be appearing on the new show “How to Survive the Filthy Rich”.
Timberlake’s chum has been involved with the production crew of a couple of the cocksure star’s concerts and has also made appearances on the MTV show “Punk’d”.
