“ER” Adds Four to Cast
17-Jun-2008
Written by: E. Van Dril

“ER” is heading into its 15th and final season.

ER has added four new faces to its cast for the show’s final season.

All four - Shiri Appleby, Julian Morris, Emily Rose and Victor Rasuk – will serve as interns at County General Hospital on the medical drama.

Appleby and Morris will play siblings Daria and Andrew Wade, with Appleby being smart and dedicated to medicine, while Morris differs in the sense that he uses his good looks and charm to get ahead while not having the same dedication as his sister.

Rose will play Tracy Martin, an ambitious, controlling intern who clashes with her superiors.

Finally there’s Rasuk, cast as Ryan Sanchez, a nervous New Yorker who constantly consults his wife regarding medical questions via his cell phone.

“The new group of young characters – played by four charming and singular actors – adds a burst of fresh energy and a bunch of different personalities for us to play off of as we enter our 15th and final season,” the show’s executive producer, David Zabel, said. “So while we will be reconnecting with the history of ER, as well as telling the ongoing stories of our current regulars, we also will track the development of these young doctors.”
