Dennis Rodman Charged with Domestic Violence

Basketball star is charged with battery of girlfriend.
The L.A. County District Attorney has charged basketball star Dennis Rodman with domestic violence after he allegedly hit his girlfriend in April at a Los Angeles hotel. Rodman was arrested and later released on $50,000 bail.
According to TMZ.com, prosecutors pinned Rodman with several misdemeanor counts of spousal battery, brandishing a deadly weapon and one count of dissuading a witness.
Reportedly, authorities say Gina Peterson called hotel security on the evening of April 30 after she claimed Rodman grabbed her arm after they had some sort of fight, causing a bruise. After the incident Rodman's representative stated that he had "had too much to drink" that night.
Currently the bad boy baller is at a rehab facility in Florida where two days ago he reported, "I've never hit anyone."
According to Rodman’s manager, Darren Prince, he entered the rehab facility due to excessive drinking. “His drinking has been escalating in the last six months due to a nasty divorce from Michelle Moyer and not being able to see his children in over two months.”
