Denise Richards Claims No Foul Play

Actress denies role in Sambora, Locklear divorce.
Denise Richards says she was not dating rocker Richie Sambora while he was married to her former friend, Heather Locklear, reported FoxNews.com.
"I did not interfere with their marriage," she said.
Richards, 37, told Ryan Seacrest that she remained friends with Sambora after her friendship with his then-wife, Locklear, was over.
They started dating after simultaneously going through "awful" divorces and caring for ill parents. Sambora’s father had lung cancer and Richards’s mother, kidney cancer.
Richards said she "followed her heart," but added that nothing happened while Sambora was married. She and Sambora are no longer dating but remain friends.
Richards also revealed to Seacrest that her ex-husband, Charlie Sheen, "cut me off of child support last week."
She also said she doesn't understand why Sheen called for a boycott over having their young daughters on her reality show, given that they've always been in the public eye.
Richards called Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show to promote her upcoming reality show, Denise Richards: It's Complicated. Seacrest is producing the show.
According to People.com, Richards and Sambora began dating in April 2006, after splitting from their respective spouses. Richards's four-year marriage to Charlie Sheen officially ended in November; Sambora and Heather Locklear finalized their divorce in April.
