Dancing Duo Deny Affair Rumors

Drew Lachey and Cheryl Burke from “Dancing with the Stars” claim they are not having an affair, contrary to recent rumors.
According to Access Hollywood, Dancing with the Stars duo Drew Lachey and Cheryl Burke are denying rumors that they had an affair during this season’s tour.
Burke and Lachey won the crown in the show’s second season. Most recently however, Burke is on the current season partnered with actor Cristian de la Fuente, while Lachey has been seen as a guest host for the show.
Star magazine published a story today claiming the dancing duo were touching each other inappropriately and were seen holding hands and intertwining their legs throughout the duration of this season’s tour. Lachey, former member of '90s boy band 98 Degrees, is currently married.
Representatives for both individuals have stated these reports to be false. Burke’s representative claims the rumors began two years ago when they were partners on Dancing with the Stars.
The show is enjoying its sixth season on ABC.
