Britney Leaves Hospital, Family Scared

Britney Spears left the hospital against recommendations, family expressed fear for her life.
The paparazzi just won’t leave Britney alone.
You’d think a woman hospitalized for her unstable mental condition would be given a break. Yet when Britney was quietly discharged from the UCLA Medical Center yesterday, photographers soon found and overwhelmed her vehicle.
The Associated Press reports that she left without any initial media attention, and spent the day driving around Los Angeles in a black Mercedes-Benz with a man who is yet to be identified. When the paparazzi found her they surrounded her vehicle at every stop.
Britney’s decision to leave was against the recommendation of her psychiatrist as well as her father, who has been named her conservator. Jamie and Lynne Spears released a statement through their attorney that asked for a court order to return Britney to the hospital. “We believe her life is presently at risk,” they said, revealing implications about her mental health and vulnerability that are frightening for friends, family and fans.
Britney Spears has been through quite a lot, folks. Aside from custody battles, restraining orders, and drugs, the media has dominated her life ever since she Did it Again in 2000. The media and paparazzi is the major factor of her well-documented demise, spreading vivid details of her troubles, which at one point her own mother provided.
In the hierarchy of paparazzi, those that hunt Britney must be at the top of the food chain, making a living off of the singer’s misery. It makes one think of an old idiom that proclaimed, “One man’s meat is another man’s poison.”
