Claire Forlani and Dougray Scott wed on Friday in Italy
Two talented TV stars came together in a marriage ceremony in Italy on Friday, People announced. CSI: NY actrress Claire Forlani, and her boyfriend Dougray Scott married at the Forlani family's home in Pievebovgliana, at a private ceremony with about 120 guests. A source close to the couple told the magazine, "They're both very excited."
35-year-old Forlani has starred in Meet Joe Black and Mall Rats, and met her husband a year and a half ago through a mutual friend. Scott, who is 41, is blessed with not only acting talent, but also design skills. He crafted the engagement ring he gave to Forlani in Los Angeles in September.
At the time of the engagement he revealed to Pelople, "It was very romantic. I feel so lucky to have met her. She's an amazing actress and human being. I'm very happy."
Scott is a veteran of marriage, having been previously married to casting director in Sarah Trevis. The former couple has nine-year-old twins, a boy and a girl. Both actors will continue with their careers, having secured exciting projects for the future.
